Membership Policy
Are Memberships Refundable?
Our Refund Policy
All Transportation Club memberships are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, it is considered active and cannot be reversed, exchanged, or credited back under any circumstances.
Why We Have This Policy
This policy allows us to maintain consistent service levels, plan routes effectively, and keep membership pricing affordable for all campus riders. We encourage all prospective members to review the membership tiers carefully before purchasing.
If you have questions about which membership level is right for you, please reach out to our team before completing your purchase — we're happy to help you choose the best fit.
Cancellation Policy
What Happens When I Cancel a Ride?
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both riders and our drivers. Here's exactly how it works depending on when you cancel.
1
Cancelled 24+ Hours Before
If you cancel your scheduled ride more than 24 hours in advance, the full ride value will be credited back to your club account. You can use this credit toward any future ride.
2
Cancelled Within 24 Hours
If you cancel a ride that was scheduled in advance but cancelled within the 24-hour window, the ride credit will also be returned to your club account — but we encourage riders to cancel as early as possible out of courtesy to drivers.
3
Same-Day Scheduled Rides
Rides that are both scheduled and cancelled on the same day will be treated as a completed ride. No credit will be issued. Please plan ahead to avoid this situation.

⚠️ Heads up: If you book and cancel on the same calendar day, the ride counts as completed — no exceptions. Always book in advance when possible!
Student Riders
Do College Students Need a Valid ID?
Yes — absolutely, every single time. All college students riding with the Transportation Club are required to present a valid, current student ID at the time of pickup. No exceptions will be made, regardless of how frequently you ride or how well your driver knows you.
Accepted forms of student ID include your official university or college-issued photo identification card. Expired IDs, digital screenshots, or photocopies will not be accepted. If you forget your ID, unfortunately your driver will be unable to complete the ride.
This policy protects both our members and our drivers, ensuring that only verified, enrolled students are utilizing campus-designated membership benefits.
Accepted ID
  • Current university/college photo ID
  • Must be valid and unexpired
  • Physical card required
Not Accepted
  • Expired student IDs
  • Screenshots or photocopies
  • Other government-issued ID alone
Campus Pickups
Where Can I Be Picked Up on Campus?
For all college campus rides, your pickup must originate from a location physically on campus. Drivers will not travel off-campus to retrieve riders who then want to use a campus-designated route or membership benefit.
On-Campus Origination Required
Every campus ride must begin at a valid on-campus location — such as a residence hall, academic building, student center, or official campus parking zone. Off-campus starting points do not qualify for campus ride benefits.
Plan Your Pickup Point
When scheduling a ride, make sure your selected pickup address falls within your campus boundaries. If you're unsure whether a location qualifies, contact us before booking to confirm eligibility.
Allow Time for Arrival
Drivers will arrive at the designated campus pickup point at the scheduled time. Be at your pickup location and ready to board — late arrivals after the driver's waiting window may result in a forfeited ride.
Passengers
How Many Passengers Can I Bring?
Passenger Limit
3
Maximum additional passengers per ride, not including the primary member.
Traveling with Friends?
Members are welcome to bring guests along for the ride! Each member may have up to 3 passengers accompany them during a scheduled ride. This limit is strictly enforced to ensure safety and comfort for everyone in the vehicle.
Please note that passengers are riding as guests of the member. The primary member is responsible for the behavior of all passengers in the vehicle. Any issues arising from passenger conduct may affect the member's standing in the club.
Need to travel with a larger group? Consider coordinating multiple bookings or contacting us in advance to explore group ride options.
Pet Policy
Can I Bring My Pet?
We love animals — but for the safety and comfort of all riders and drivers, our pet policy is very specific. Please read carefully before booking a ride.
🐾 Service Dogs Only
Only registered service dogs are permitted in club vehicles. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets of any kind — including cats, birds, or other dogs — are not permitted, regardless of size or temperament.
📋 Registration Required
Your service dog must be registered as part of your club membership before boarding any vehicle. Unregistered service animals, even if otherwise certified, will not be allowed to ride until membership registration is complete.
How to Register
To register your service dog, contact our membership team with your service animal's certification documentation. Registration is a one-time process and will be noted in your member profile for all future rides.

🐕 Important: Bringing an unregistered animal into a club vehicle — including a service dog not yet on file — may result in the ride being refused and counted as a completed ride under same-day cancellation rules.
